More support for life between appointments.
We help people living with chronic symptoms make sense of everyday health, so the days between appointments feel a little less overwhelming.

A little more clarity. A little less alone.
Our mission is to make the daily work of understanding your health feel lighter, so you can spend less energy holding it all together and more on living your life.

Why we built Jetty
We know the uncertainty of living with symptoms you don’t fully understand. We’ve lived it ourselves.
Brandon spent years trying to understand brain fog and skin rashes before learning he had a thyroid condition. Alex faced recurring episodes of severe inflammation after an ER visit, unsure what was causing them or when they would return.
Our experiences were different, but the work felt familiar: keeping detailed notes, paying attention to food and sleep, and slowly piecing together patterns. When we talked to others, we realized how many people were quietly doing the same work on their own.
Those everyday details are hard to remember, harder to connect, and harder still to explain in a short appointment. We believe they deserve a place in your care. And the work of making sense of them shouldn’t fall entirely on you.
That’s why we’re building Jetty: a place to talk through how you’re feeling, keep track of what’s changing, and bring your health story together over time.
Our purpose is simple: less to hold in your head, more clarity to bring into your care, and a little less to navigate alone.
A little less on your shoulders.
You have enough to manage. Let Jetty prepare the questions, keep your notes organized, and help you see the bigger picture.
