What matters The short version
What matters
Who Jetty is for
The short version
Adults 18 and older using Jetty for their own personal health and wellness.
What matters
Health and AI
The short version
Jetty helps you organize information. It does not provide medical care, monitor emergencies or replace a clinician. AI can make mistakes.
What matters
Your information
The short version
Your content stays yours. Accepting these terms does not replace separate health-data, voiceprint or other privacy permissions.
What matters
Paying for Jetty
The short version
Purchases are through Apple. Any recurring payment continues until you cancel it through your Apple Account.
What matters
Leaving Jetty
The short version
Canceling a subscription, deleting your account and exercising privacy rights are separate actions. We explain each below.
What matters
Your legal rights
The short version
These terms do not take away consumer or privacy rights that the law protects.

This overview helps you navigate. The full terms below explain each point, including your rights if something goes wrong.

1 Who you are agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Jetty Health, Inc. ("Jetty," "we" or "us"). They cover our app, website and related consumer services. When we say "you," we mean the person using them.

1 Who you are agreeing with: Contact and Details

Details
support@myjettyhealth.com

We present these terms before you create an account and ask you to agree. Save or print a copy for your records. A purchase also has the price, renewal details and other terms shown in Apple's purchase flow. Agreeing to these terms alone does not authorize a payment.

2 Who can use Jetty

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Use Jetty for your own personal purposes. Keep the account details you provide accurate and update them when they change.

Jetty is available only in the countries and regions where we offer it. Features and connected services may differ by location and device. Washington residents are eligible on the same basis as other U.S. adults. The additional consumer protections in Section 13 apply where relevant, including for users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

We may restrict access when necessary to follow applicable sanctions, export restrictions or other law. Do not use Jetty in a way that would make either of us violate those rules.

3 What Jetty does and and its limits

Jetty helps you keep track of health and wellness information, talk with an AI assistant, and prepare summaries or questions for conversations with your healthcare team. Depending on the features available to you, you may connect other services, upload information or record a visit.

3 What Jetty does and and its limits: Topic and What you should know
Topic What you should know
Topic
Medical care
What you should know
Jetty is a consumer software service, not your healthcare provider. Using it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Its information is not a diagnosis, prescription or treatment plan.
Topic
AI responses
What you should know
You are interacting with software. Responses, transcriptions, speaker labels, patterns and summaries may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, even when they sound confident. Check important details against the original information.
Topic
Health decisions
What you should know
Talk with a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, medicines and treatment. Do not start, stop or change treatment, or delay seeking care, because of Jetty's output.
Topic
Emergencies
What you should know
Jetty is not monitored for emergencies and cannot summon help. If you need urgent assistance, contact local emergency services, such as 911 in the United States or 112 in the EU.
Topic
Connected information
What you should know
Imported records and device data may be delayed or incomplete. Keep access to your original records and review summaries before sharing them.

We do not promise a particular health outcome. These limitations describe the service's intended use; they do not excuse us from our legal responsibilities or the promises we make about the service.

4 Keeping your account safe

Protect your login details and device, and tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not sell, transfer or share your account with someone else. You are responsible for your own use; these terms do not automatically make you responsible for every unauthorized action or for a security problem we cause.

Some features need an internet connection, a compatible device, an up-to-date operating system or permission to use a device feature. Any minimum requirements and important limitations will be explained before you choose a feature or purchase. Your internet or mobile provider may charge you separately.

5 Using Jetty responsibly

5 Using Jetty responsibly: Please do and Please do not
Please do Please do not
Please do
Use Jetty lawfully and respect other people's rights.
Please do not
Upload information you have no right to share, impersonate someone or use Jetty to harass, threaten or defraud others.
Please do
Use the access methods we provide.
Please do not
Bypass security, access another person's account or interfere with the service through malware, disruptive requests or unauthorized automation.
Please do
Respect our software and others' work.
Please do not
Resell the service, remove ownership notices or copy or reverse engineer the software, except where the law or an applicable open-source license permits it.
Please do
Tell us about a suspected security issue.
Please do not
Use a security finding to access, keep or disclose someone else's information. Contact support to arrange responsible reporting.

Nothing here restricts lawful interoperability, accessibility rights, protected security research, honest reviews, complaints or communications with regulators.

6 Your privacy choices stay separate

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy gives additional detail about health information and your rights. You can find both notices on our website or request a copy at support@myjettyhealth.com.

6 Your privacy choices stay separate: Choice and How it relates to these terms
Choice How it relates to these terms
Choice
Health information
How it relates to these terms
We ask for consent to collect and use your health information and obtain any additional permission required by law for sharing it. Agreeing to these terms is not that consent.
Choice
Voiceprints
How it relates to these terms
Voiceprints are optional and used only to distinguish your speech from other speakers in doctor-visit recordings, not for check-ins or ordinary voice chats. Creating and using a voiceprint requires separate consent. Accepting these terms or recording a visit does not enroll you.
Choice
Staff access and service improvement
How it relates to these terms
Authorized Jetty staff may access relevant conversations or recordings for support, troubleshooting and other necessary service tasks. Authorized team members may review conversations, including health information linked to you, to find and fix problems and improve Jetty's responses and features, as described in our privacy notices and permitted by law. We obtain consent when required. A general content license does not replace required consent.
Choice
Model training
How it relates to these terms
We do not use your health conversations to train general-purpose AI models. We use de-identified data—information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you—to train and improve models that power Jetty features. We keep this data de-identified and do not attempt to re-identify it.
Choice
Changing your mind
How it relates to these terms
You can use the privacy choices and rights described in our notices. Withdrawing a permission may stop a feature that needs it, but does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.

Jetty provides a direct-to-consumer service and does not offer it as a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider or health plan. Other privacy laws still protect your information. Nothing in these terms waives those protections.

7 Your content belongs to you

You keep the rights you have in the notes, recordings, documents, images and other materials you provide. You give us a limited, nonexclusive permission to store, copy, process and display that content only as needed to deliver, maintain, secure and improve the Jetty services you request, including through service providers working for us, as described in our privacy notices and permitted by law, and for other uses you separately authorize. All handling remains subject to our privacy notices, your choices and applicable law.

This permission does not let us sell or license your personal information, publish your private health content, use it in advertising or train general-purpose AI models with it. It lasts only for the permitted purposes and retention periods explained in our privacy notices, including any legally required retention after deletion. It does not override your right to withdraw consent or request deletion.

You may use and share the summaries and other outputs we give you for your personal purposes, including with a clinician. As between you and Jetty, any rights we have in an output created specifically from your content are yours, to the extent transferable. AI output may not be unique or qualify for copyright, and this does not transfer rights in our software or someone else's material.

You may choose to send suggestions about Jetty. We may use those suggestions to improve the service without paying you, but this does not give us extra rights to private health content included in a message. We will ask separately before publishing a testimonial or identifying you in marketing. You remain free to post an honest review.

8 Recordings sharing and connected services

8 Recordings sharing and connected services: Feature and Your part and our part
Feature Your part and our part
Feature
Recording a conversation
Your part and our part
Tell everyone involved and obtain the permission required where the recording takes place before you start. Respect a person's refusal and any applicable healthcare-facility rules. Device microphone permission does not replace permission from the people recorded.
Feature
Someone else's information
Your part and our part
Share it only if you have the authority and any required permission. We remain responsible for our own collection and use of that information.
Feature
Sharing a report
Your part and our part
Check its accuracy and recipient before sharing. The recipient's handling of the copy may fall outside Jetty's control.
Feature
Connecting another service
Your part and our part
You choose the connection and permissions. The independent provider's terms also apply to its service. Availability and data quality can change.
Feature
Disconnecting
Your part and our part
Stopping a connection prevents future access as described in our privacy notices. It does not necessarily erase information already imported or copies held by the other provider.

We are responsible for the obligations that apply to our own service, including when we use providers to help deliver it. A link to an independent website does not mean we endorse it.

9 Apple subscriptions and recurring payments

All Jetty purchases are made through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not take subscription payments on our website.

9 Apple subscriptions and recurring payments: Billing question and How it works
Billing question How it works
Billing question
What am I buying?
How it works
The offer shown before purchase explains what you receive. A support payment is not an investment or a tax-deductible charitable donation.
Billing question
What does it cost?
How it works
Apple's purchase screen shows the price, currency, billing period and applicable taxes or charges. Your receipt records the purchase.
Billing question
Does it renew?
How it works
A recurring subscription renews automatically for the stated period unless you cancel before its renewal deadline. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account under the purchase terms you accept.
Billing question
Is there a free trial?
How it works
If offered, we show its length, eligibility, first paid price and billing date before you accept it. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled in time.
Billing question
Can the price change?
How it works
We and Apple provide the notices and obtain any consent required before a change takes effect. You can stop a future renewal, and any additional cancellation or refund rights under local law still apply.
Billing question
Who handles payment?
How it works
Apple operates checkout and billing. The applicable seller and Apple entity depend on the storefront and are identified in the purchase terms and receipt. This does not remove Jetty's responsibilities for its service.

We obtain the agreement required for recurring charges and provide, or arrange for Apple to provide, the confirmations, renewal reminders and change notices required by applicable law. The terms on this page do not replace those purchase disclosures.

10 How to cancel or request a refund

10 How to cancel or request a refund: What you want to do and What to do
What you want to do What to do
What you want to do
Stop the next payment
What to do
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Jetty, then Cancel Subscription. You can also open https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
What you want to do
Avoid paying after a trial
What to do
If a trial is offered, Apple's guidance is to cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Follow the deadline shown for your purchase; any stronger local rights remain available.
What you want to do
Know when cancellation takes effect
What to do
Apple shows the cancellation status and expiration date. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal; any subscriber access ordinarily lasts through the paid period, subject to refunds and local cancellation rules.
What you want to do
Request a purchase refund
What to do
Start at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's purchase terms and applicable law determine available refunds. If you cannot use that route, or your request concerns Jetty's service, contact us.
What you want to do
Use a legal cancellation or refund right
What to do
Section 13 explains additional rights. Turning off renewal is different from withdrawing from a contract or obtaining a refund.
What you want to do
Delete your account
What to do
Follow Section 12. Deleting Jetty or your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately to stop renewal.

We do not impose an "all sales final" rule. Nothing here prevents a refund, price reduction, cancellation or other remedy required by law. We will help resolve an issue for which Jetty is responsible; you do not have to give up a valid claim against us because Apple processed the payment.

11 Updates and changes to the service

We may update Jetty to fix problems, improve security, follow the law or improve features. We provide the updates and support required by applicable law and our purchase commitments. Install required updates after we explain how; declining them may affect compatibility or security. Any legal consequences depend on whether we provided an adequate update and notice.

For a change that materially reduces a service you have already paid for, we will give advance notice explaining the change, its timing and your options. Section 13 gives additional rights for covered digital services, including free services, and for smaller changes where the law requires. Where required, you may end the affected contract without a penalty and receive the appropriate refund. We will not rely on this section to remove a legal guarantee or change an agreed price without the required notice and consent.

Service interruptions can occur. We use reasonable care in providing Jetty but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free AI output. Contact us about a fault so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

12 Leaving Jetty or having access restricted

12 Leaving Jetty or having access restricted: Situation and What happens
Situation What happens
Situation
You want to stop using Jetty
What happens
You can stop at any time. Cancel any Apple subscription separately if you want recurring payments to stop.
Situation
You want to delete your account
What happens
In Jetty, go to Profile, Account Info, then Delete account, or email support@myjettyhealth.com. You do not have to wait for a subscription to expire. We delete your account and covered saved content within 30 days of your request or account closure, subject to the limited lawful retention and backup handling explained in our Privacy Policy. Our privacy notices also explain identity checks.
Situation
You want a copy of information
What happens
Use available sharing or export features, or contact us to exercise your privacy rights.
Situation
We need to restrict access
What happens
We may do so for a serious or repeated breach, a security threat, fraud, or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we explain the reason, give you a reasonable chance to address it, and provide a way to ask us to review the decision. Urgent action may be needed to protect people or the service.
Situation
We stop providing a service
What happens
We give reasonable advance notice where possible, explain how to retrieve information, and provide any refund or other remedy owed for service we no longer supply. We will not continue charging for a service we have ended.

Ending this agreement does not erase rights or obligations that already arose, your privacy rights, or the provisions needed to resolve a dispute. It does not create a new right for us to keep or use your information.

13 Additional rights where you live

Consumer law may give you rights even when a service is free. These terms add to those rights and do not replace them.

13 Additional rights where you live: Where you live and Rights that remain available
Where you live Rights that remain available
Where you live
United States
Rights that remain available
State and federal rights concerning fair practices, recurring charges, privacy, refunds and other remedies remain available. You can contact a regulator or use any court or process the law preserves. Washington health-data rights are explained in the separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Where you live
EU and other EEA countries
Rights that remain available
Applicable local law may require digital content or services to match their description, work as reasonably expected, and receive necessary updates. Depending on the problem and local law, you can require correction, a price reduction or termination and a refund. Mandatory local protections and access to your local courts remain available.
Where you live
United Kingdom
Rights that remain available
Your statutory rights include digital content being of satisfactory quality, fit for its stated purpose and as described, and services being supplied with reasonable care and skill, where those rules apply. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund.
Where you live
Switzerland
Rights that remain available
Your mandatory consumer, privacy and court-access rights remain available. Swiss law does not generally give every online purchase an automatic 14-day change-of-mind right. A right offered in Apple's applicable purchase terms or required for your particular contract still applies.

For eligible EU/EEA or UK distance contracts, you generally have 14 days from entering the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Exceptions and local rules can apply. Digital content supplied immediately loses that right only when the required advance express consent, acknowledgment of the loss and confirmation have been provided. Starting an ongoing service does not by itself remove a withdrawal right. A proportionate charge for a service started during the period is due only where the required request and disclosures were made.

For an Apple purchase, use the withdrawal route in your local Apple purchase terms. Where available, go to your Apple Account, Purchase History, then Withdraw Transaction. You can also send a clear withdrawal statement to the seller identified for the purchase. Contact Jetty for help or for a contract with us. You do not have to use a particular form; a message saying that you withdraw, with your name, account contact, purchase and order date, is sufficient.

When withdrawal law requires a refund, the responsible trader makes it within the applicable deadline, generally 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless lawfully agreed otherwise. Separate remedies for faulty services remain available after a withdrawal period ends.

For an EU digital-service contract covered by these rules, whether paid or free, a change beyond what is needed to keep it working must have a valid reason stated in this agreement, such as security improvements, legal requirements or compatibility with updated devices. The change must come without extra cost and with clear information. If it negatively affects access or use by more than a minor amount, we give reasonable advance notice in a form you can save, explaining the change, timing and right to end the contract. You may end it free of charge within 30 days after the notice or change, whichever is later, unless an unchanged, compliant version remains available without extra cost. Other EEA and UK rights depend on local law.

14 Our software and Apple role

Jetty and its licensors keep the rights in our software, design and brand. We grant you a personal, nonexclusive right to use the service while this agreement remains in effect. Open-source software remains subject to its own license terms.

The following applies to our iOS app. These terms serve as our custom app license once properly presented and accepted through the App Store and Jetty's acceptance process.

14 Our software and Apple role: Apple-related point and What it means
Apple-related point What it means
Apple-related point
License
What it means
The app license is nontransferable and covers Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules, including any applicable Family Sharing or volume-purchase rights.
Apple-related point
Responsibility
What it means
The app-license agreement is with Jetty, not Apple. Jetty handles app support and maintenance; Apple has no maintenance or support obligation under this license. Jetty also handles applicable warranty, product, consumer, privacy and intellectual-property claims, including investigation, defense and resolution.
Apple-related point
Warranty
What it means
If the app fails an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no further app-warranty obligation under this license; Jetty remains responsible for its applicable obligations.
Apple-related point
Other agreements
What it means
Follow applicable third-party agreements when using the app. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as they apply to the iOS app as third-party beneficiaries.

Your separate Apple purchase contract and any duties Apple has as seller remain in force. Nothing here removes Apple's nonwaivable obligations or your statutory rights against Apple.

You confirm that you are not on a U.S. restricted-party list and are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo or designated by the U.S. government as supporting terrorism, to the extent these restrictions apply to your use. Jetty's contact details are in Section 1.

15 If something goes wrong

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer and privacy rights always remain available.

Subject to those protections, we are responsible for losses caused by our breach or failure to use the care required by law. We do not apply a fixed dollar cap to EEA, UK or Swiss consumer claims.

For U.S. consumers only: To the extent permitted by law and subject to the exceptions above, our total liability for monetary damages arising from a claim or series of related claims concerning Jetty or these terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 and the amount you paid for Jetty through Apple during the 12 months immediately before the first event giving rise to those claims. This limit does not reduce any refund we owe you or any rights, liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

These terms do not require you to defend Jetty or pay its legal bills merely because you use the service, make a complaint or exercise a legal right. Either party remains responsible for legally recoverable losses it causes, under applicable law.

16 Questions complaints and disputes

Email support@myjettyhealth.com with a description of the problem and the outcome you seek. Do not include detailed medical records unless they are needed and we have arranged a suitable way to send them. We aim to respond within 30 days. Contacting us first is encouraged, but does not shorten a legal deadline, prevent urgent relief or block a regulator complaint.

For U.S. consumers: These terms do not require arbitration. You or Jetty may bring a dispute in a court with authority to hear it, including small claims court when the claim qualifies. These terms do not waive any right you may have to a jury trial or to bring or participate in a class action.

We encourage you to contact support@myjettyhealth.com so we can try to resolve your concern, but contacting us first is not required before taking legal action. You may also contact a regulator or seek urgent court relief at any time. If a dispute arises, we may mutually agree to mediation, but neither party is required to participate.

For consumers in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, these terms do not require arbitration or give up access to the courts and collective remedies available under mandatory local law. You may bring a claim in your home courts where the law permits. We will bring claims against you only in the courts allowed by applicable consumer-protection rules.

Delaware law governs this agreement except where applicable law requires otherwise. That choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections in the place where you live. No exclusive Delaware court requirement applies to consumers whose local law protects a different forum.

Other ways to resolve complaints: If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will provide information about any applicable independent dispute-resolution service and whether we are required or willing to participate, as required by law. This does not limit your right to bring a claim in court.

17 Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms for changes to the service, law or our operations. We explain material changes before they take effect, unless a shorter period is necessary for a legal or urgent security reason. We ask for new agreement where required. Posting updated terms alone is not a new privacy consent or recurring-payment authorization.

Changes do not retroactively reduce rights over an existing dispute or remove rights for a purchase already made. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the affected service and cancel future renewal, with any refund or other remedy required by law. We provide a copy of the applicable terms on request.

18 How to read this agreement

The overview, headings and tables are here to make these terms easier to use. They do not hide exceptions or reduce legal rights. The accepted purchase details, these terms and any expressly agreed feature-specific terms make up the service agreement. This does not exclude any information or promise about Jetty that the law makes binding. Our privacy notices continue to govern how we describe and handle personal information; nothing here expands the uses they allow.

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it does not bind you to that extent. The rest continues only where it can fairly and lawfully do so. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. We may transfer the agreement with the service only if doing so does not reduce your contractual or mandatory rights; we will give notice where required. We will require any buyer or successor receiving your information to agree in writing to honor our Privacy Policy and your existing privacy choices. A change in ownership does not, by itself, permit incompatible new uses of your health information. No one other than the parties and the Apple beneficiaries identified in Section 14 receives enforcement rights unless the law provides them.
